How we got this way

You are a victim of the rules you live by.

We have a conscious mind and a subconscious mind. Most of us are only aware of our conscious minds, however, that's where we process all our information.

Our subconscious mind contains the blueprint for our lives. It runs the show on unfiltered information it has gathered over time. Also known as "beliefs". We are typically oblivious to these subconscious beliefs that run our lives.

We are all limitless power and energy. Universe is made up of Source Energy. All energy vibrates a certain frequency. Which means you are vibrating right now. Everything you want and every thing you don't want has a vibration. YOU NEED TO RAISE YOUR FREQUENCY TO MATCH THE VIBRATION OF WHAT YOU WANT TO TUNE INTO.

It is not that the things and opportunities that we want in life don't exist yet. It's that we're not yet aware of their existence. We haven't tuned into the frequency or our subconscious mind and beliefs are running the show.

We often hit the big snooze button on our life. When it comes to Self-Perception- it's just as easy to believe we're awesome as it is to believe we suck.


How to embrace your inner badass:

1. Truly love yourself: Appreciate how special you are, drown yourself with affirmations, do things you love, find a replacement for knee jerk reactions to ourselves, ditch the self-deprecating humour, accept compliments, don't compare yourself to others, don't be hard on yourself-forgive, love yourself

2. I know you are but what am I: (Don't waste your time giving a crap about what anybody else thinks of you. What people think about you has nothing to do with you and everything to do with them.) Ask yourself why you are about to do something. Is it to be liked? Always do your best, trust your intuition, find a temporary role model-what would me hero do? love yourself no matter what any one else thinks.

3. What are you doing? Get clear about what your unique purpose, take the first right step- most answers reveal themselves through doing not thinking, everything you do along your journey contributes to where you're going, don't reinvent the wheel-look around at what others are doing, who makes you totally jealous? What are some things people are doing that you think are really awesome? You calling has something in common with theirs. GET SPECIFIC about the things in life that make you feel alive. Follow your fantasies- our fantasies are our realizes in an excuse-free world.

Remember, it is better to be hated for what you are... than to be loved for what you are not. Love yourself no matter who you really are. EMBRACE YOUR INNER BADASS


How to tap into the motherlode:

Meditation: Relieve stress, raise our frequency, and opens us up to information.

Think about your thinking: Our thoughts are the most powerful tools we've got. Believe in the not-yet-seen. We have to change our thinking first, the environment appears. 1. Ask and it is given. 2. Act as if. 3. Upgrade your environment 4. Make a vision board. 5. Surround yourself with people who think like you do 5. Love yourself.

Live a Lot: 1. Just see what you can get away with. WHY NOT. 2. Lose track of time 3. Keep being the beginner. Learn and play. 4. Love yourself. 5. Live and let give.

Gratitude: When you are grateful, fear disappears and abundance appears. 1. This is good because...2. Write your thank you notes. 3. Love yourself.

Forgive: 1. Find compassion. 2. Erase the other person from the equation. 3. Decide you'd rather be happy than right. 4. Look at it from all angles. 5. Forget about it.


How to get over your B.S. already:

It's so easy once you figure out it isn't hard! What you choose to focus on becomes your reality. 1. Become aware of what your stories are: I always... I never... I can't... I should... I suck at... I wish... I want... instead of I will... I am... Become aware of what you're gaining from your stories. Get rid of your stories by creating new real truth stories. 2. Get a move on: Get out into the world and try 3. Get out of your routine and try new things.

STOP PROCRASTINATION: It's self sabotage. 1. remember that done is better than perfect. 2. Notice where you stop.3. Make a bet with someone mean.

STOP THE DRAMA OF OVERWHELM: 1. There's not enough time. When you are forced to do something suddenly the time is there. Show time some respect chunk it down. 2. There's too much to do. Change your "busy" response. Relaxed fun life full of projects. Do what you can do in joy, instead of busy misery. 3. I'm exhausted. Take time off and recharge.

FEAR IS FOR SUCKERS: 1. View fear from the rear view mirror. 2. Flip fear around-break it down and make it work for you. For example: Fearful your book will be terrible. Flip it how bad you would feel if you don't write that book. 3. Be in the moment- moment you are in probable isn't scary. 4. Cut off bad information and don't let your mind magnify fear.

PEOPLE ARE MIRRORS: People you surround yourself with are excellent mirrors of who you are and how much, or how little, you love yourself. Also, our reality is a mirror of our thoughts. 1. Own your ugly. Who do I need to be? What am I getting out of being this way? How would i feel if i wasn't this way?


How to kick some ass:

The Almighty Decision: 1. Want it bad enough to stick with it during challenge. 2. Get good at DECIDING not just wanting. 3. Eliminate the negotiation- decisions are not up for negotiation so stick to it like glue.

Mark Money Your New Best Friend: 1. Create exactly what you want. 2. Level up your idea of what's possible and decide to really go for it. 3. Money is currency and currency is energy. Keep energy in the place of abundance, not lack. Money is an exchange of energy between people. 4. Get clear on your beliefs about money, then break it down. 5. Get clear on where you desire to be. How much you want to make and why. MAKE IT URGENT.

Have Faith: Surrendering is the part where you hand the job over to the universe. Your life is your party, you get to choose who you invite and the experiences you have. Wake up State your goals and vision for your life every single day. Become obsessed with it. Think about how you are changing lives and who you're becoming. Be in a state of giddy expectation.


Summary

We've discovered what we are the way we are, how to love the things we can't change, how to change what we don't love, and how to use THE FORCE to kick some serious Butt.

You are a Badass is about getting clear about what makes you happy and what makes you feel the most alive, and then, creating it instead of pretending you can't have it. Or that you don't deserve it.

Wanting can be done sitting on the couch. Deciding means jumping in all the way, doing what ever it takes, and going after your dreams with tenacity.
